In Provence Chagall is multimedia and spectacular
The 2016 is the year dedicated to the great russian artist Chagall and, for the occasion, Les Baux, in Provence, in the marble quarries of Carrières de Lumières, once used to build the Castle of Baux-en-Provence and then abandoned, only to be rediscovered in the 1950s as a wonderful location for cultural events, held up at the January 8, 2017, the event "Chagall, Songes d'une nuit d'été ". No original work of Chagall is showed in this event that is a full-colour installation on a immersive art and dream. It is, in fact, a multimedia and spectacular show made possible thanks to a hyper device of 100 video projectors that broadcast everywhere. It's like being immersed in a magical Kaleidoscope and it's a kind of magic admire in this way the most famous works of this great painter in ovesized pictures multiplied over and over again on the walls of these extraordinary cave. Nothing better to admire even more the work of an absolute genius of art, his complex compositions, his powerfull colors and amazing tecnique not only in painting but also in collage, stained glass and ceramics.
The exhibition, curated thanks to the talent of the italian Massimiliano Siccardi, Gianfranco Iannuzzi e Renato Gatto, enchants and seduces. Chagall has never been so mightily in all its beauty, so absolute and visionary.
